The Irving Downtown is a pet-friendly luxury mid-rise rental community in historic Downtown Fort Myers, Florida, close to highly-rated veterinarians, groomers, and pet supply stores.

Surrounded by miles of walkable paths, parks and piers – as well as many dog-friendly restaurants and shops – The Irving Downtown also features a convenient self-service pet spa with washing and drying stations for residents.  

Residents of The Irving Downtown are permitted two pets (80 lbs. max each) per unit. Dog breed restrictions may apply, and at this time, aquariums are not permitted.
