Southwest Florida real estate developer Rebekah Barney officially introduced The Irving Downtown to the Fort Myers Downtown Property Owners Association at their monthly May meeting, hosted by the Luminary Hotel in Downtown Fort Myers, Florida.

Next to speak was Bob Megazzini, General Manager of the Luminary Hotel, who gave attendees an update on the new waterfront amphitheater opening in downtown, located just across the street from the hotel, both just a short walk from The Irving Downtown.
