THE IRVING DOWNTOWN PROJECT UPDATE

The Irving Downtown’s Geotechnical Engineer, ECS of Florida, was on-site this week performing soil infiltration tests. These percolation tests measure the ability of our native soils to accept rainwater. This report will help our civil engineer, Peninsula Engineering, to properly calculate the volume required for our on-site storm water collection and exfiltration system. 

Peninsula Engineering’s survey crews were also on-site collecting existing topographical information of The Irving Downtown’s surrounding sidewalks and roadways, as well as neighboring properties, including Vivas Palm Park.
